Denise Apartment
Like the Sophie apartment, the Denise apartment also extends over an area of 70 square meters on the first floor of the building in via Alfauro 54, Arabba. The layout in this case includes a double bedroom with bathroom/ shower, another double bedroom and bunk bed, a bathroom with tub and a kitchen with outside terrace. Among the amenities are the refrigerator, oven, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, TV and free WiFi. The central heating regulates the climate of the rooms at the right temperature, guaranteeing maximum comfort when returning from excursions and days on the ski slopes. In the garage there is at least one covered parking space to park the car and organizing equipment. Recommended for groups and families from 4 to 6 people. Sophie Apartment
With about 70 square meters, the Sophie apartment is divided into a double bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a toilet, a room with a shower and a kitchen. The outside balcony and terrace shared with the Denise apartment allows guests the opportunity to sunbathe, chat outdoors or prepare a nice barbecue on the grill. The central heating ensures a pleasant stay even in the middle of winter, while the garage space offers enough space for cars and sports equipment. The apartment is equipped with numerous appliances and amenities such as refrigerator, oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, television and free WiFi. Great for families and groups up to 4 people, the Sophie apartment occupies the first floor of our structure. Apartment identification code: 025030 - LOC - 00076.

Sally Apartment
Sally is our largest apartment, measuring approximately 160 square meters in area and able to accommodate up to 8 people in 4 different rooms of various sizes. Each room has its own private bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen has several amenities: from the oven to the kettle, from the coffee machine to the refrigerator, to the practical stovetops burners for those who wish to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in complete freedom. Washing clothes is easy in the dedicated washing machine. The Sally apartment is located on the second floor of our hotel and features free WiFi, central heating and color TV. The single garage space is reserved for a car and for storing skis, snowboards and sleds. For the little ones, upon request, an extra bed for sleeping is available. General conditions
The prices are indicated per apartment per week, for a minimum stay of 7 days. During the main tourist season the apartments are rented only for the whole week, from Saturday till Saturday.
All prices include: VAT, private parking, garage for motorcycles and bicycles, consumption of gas, electricity and water, heating, WI-FI connection and final cleaning.
To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 1,00 per person (starting from 13 years old) per day, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive days of accommodation.
Pets are accepted.
The booking is considered binding upon the receipt of the deposit within 10 days from the booking confirmation and our written confirmation. Usually the deposit is equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the stay and must be paid by bank transfer.
To settle the final bill you can use cash (up to EUR 4999) or the following credit cards (VISA - MASTERCARD - MAESTRO).
We kindly ask you to pay the balance on the day following your arrival. In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.
Cancellation policy (according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006):
Upon departure, guests are kindly asked to leave their apartment tidy.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. Guests should inform the owners about all visitors if they don’t stay in one of our apartments.

- More than 3 months before arrival, no penalty (the deposit will be refunded up to 80%)
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, cancellation penalty 40% of the total price of your stay

- 1 week before arrival and less, cancellation penalty 90% of the total price of your stay

Directions for reaching us
Where we are
The Marisa apartments are easy to reach from both Trentino-Alto Adige and Veneto. For those coming from Padua, Venice or Pordenone, take the A27 motorway to Belluno and continue to Agordo - Alleghe - Livinallongo and Alfauro. Coming from Treviso - Verona or Milan take the A22 motorway to Ora and continue towards Cavalese - Canazei - Passo Pordoi - Arabba and Alfauro. Coming from the north (Germany, etc.), take the A22 motorway:
- Take the Chiusa exit and continue on the SS242 and SS243 towards Passo Campolongo - Arabba - Alfauro.
- Take the Bressanone exit towards Brunico and continue onto the SS244 - Arabba and Alfauro.
The thrill of driving in the snow
Snowmobiles for rent
If speed is your forte, then don’t miss out on the snowmobile circuit. This well-worn track of 2 km, accessible by skis, extends below the Boè and is located near the "Plan Boè" hut and ski piste n.27, also known as "Le Pale". This is part of the SELLARONDA circuit, going clockwise. The circuit offers fun for the whole family: next to the adult track there is the "baby" circuit, where the little ones can safely ride their first, small, real snowmobile! The track is open every day from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. No reservation required. A truly unique opportunity to engage with a charming motor vehicle, an attractive alternative to a typical day in the mountains.
